Description

The Shingle Orb Decorative Sphere is a ceramic ornament with dense, overlapping scales that give its rounded shape a strikingly textured outline. Its heavily distressed finish lends a weathered character, making it an expressive focal point among simpler objects on a shelf or console.
Why You'll Love It
  • Overlapping shingle-like scales create depth and detail across the whole rounded form.
  • The weathered appearance suits displays with a rustic or timeworn feel.
  • A compact shape offers a useful contrast to tall vases and upright books.
Materials & Finish

Ceramic with a heavily distressed off-white, grey and brown finish. Irregular patches of darker colour pick out the raised edges and rough-looking surface, giving the layered pattern a richly varied appearance.
Dimensions
  • Length: 15cm
  • Height: 17cm
  • Width: 15cm
  • Weight: 0.75kg
Styling Note

Place it beside a plain vase on a wooden console, leaving a little clear space around the orb so its layered outline can be seen. On a bookshelf, pair it with upright books to balance their straight lines with its rounded form.
Why We Love It

The small, flat-topped projection gives the dense layers a simple finishing point.
