Description

The Fragmented Torso Sculpture sets a recognisable human form against irregular openings and broken edges. Its dark, textured surface and warm highlights give the abstract figure depth, while the pale marble base provides a crisp contrast. It is a compelling focal piece for a display where the sculpture can hold your attention on its own.
Why You'll Love It
  • Openings through the torso let the backdrop become part of the composition.
  • Warm highlights draw out the contours of the dark figure.
  • The raised torso and simple base create a clear, upright silhouette.
Materials & Finish

An aluminium torso sits above a marble base, pairing textured metal with pale stone. The distressed antique finish gives the figure a dark ground with warm accents along its contours and uneven edges, emphasising the fragmented form.

Why We Love It

The familiar anatomy remains legible through the missing sections, giving this abstract piece a particularly arresting balance of presence and absence.
