Description

The Folded Surround Bowl pairs a smoked glass vessel with a sweeping metal surround, giving a familiar decorative form a sculptural silhouette. The bronze folds rise around the glass at different heights, so the piece rewards a second look from another angle. Leave it empty to enjoy its shape, or use it to display a few smaller objects.
Why You'll Love It
  • The warm bronze finish works beautifully with earthy colours and dark wood.
  • An open glass bowl lets you arrange smaller decorative objects within the sculptural frame.
  • Its expressive outline makes a strong focal point with very little accompanying decoration.
Materials & Finish

Smooth, glossy smoked glass sits within an aluminium surround with a warm bronze finish. The metal's textured surface catches highlights along its folds, while the darker glass reflects its surroundings. This contrast gives the bowl depth and detail both close up and across a room.
Dimensions

Width: 33 cm

Height: 20.5 cm

Length: 31.5 cm

Weight: 3.64 kg
Styling Note

Place it on a console or coffee table with enough clear space to see the irregular outline. A pale surface will emphasise the darker glass, while a simple abstract artwork behind it can echo the curves without competing with the folds.
Why We Love It

The uneven metal edge rises beyond the glass rim in places, giving the bowl the sense of movement that makes it so compelling as a standalone object.
