Description

This pinecone-shaped hanging ornament has overlapping scales picked out by a pale distressed wash. Its elongated form and knotted rope loop make it an appealing detail for a rustic seasonal display, with texture taking the place of sparkle.
Why You'll Love It
  • Relief-patterned scales give the pinecone shape definition from top to tip.
  • Pale, softly varied tones sit easily alongside cream decorations and greenery.
  • A rope loop provides a hanging point and complements the rustic finish.
Materials & Finish

Wood is paired with a pale distressed finish, with warmer brown tones visible through the wash. The uneven colour emphasises the edges and recesses of the scale pattern, while the rope has a coarse, fibrous texture.
Dimensions
  • Length: 6cm
  • Height: 13cm
  • Width: 6cm
  • Weight: 0.12kg
Styling Note

Hang against dark green foliage and pair with plain cream baubles. Leave space between neighbouring decorations so the tapered outline and overlapping scales can be seen clearly.
Why We Love It

The pale wash catches the raised scales while allowing their warmer brown edges to show through.
