Description

The Swept Ribbon Lounge Chair pairs a generously rounded upholstered body with twisted metal arms in an antique brass finish. Broad bands sweep from the back towards the floor, giving the chair a striking outline while leaving its sides open. Pale cobblestone fabric softens the effect, making this a distinctive seat with an easy neutral palette.
Why You'll Love It
  • Sinuous seat springs work alongside foam cushioning in the seat and back.
  • The cobblestone upholstery has a varied weave that rewards a closer look.
  • Open sides give the substantial upholstered form a lighter appearance.
Materials & Finish

The cobblestone upholstery is 100% polyester, with fine tonal markings across its pale woven surface. The metal arms have an antique brass finish, whose warm sheen contrasts with the fabric. A wood seat frame, stainless steel base and legs, sinuous seat springs and polyurethane foam in the seat and back complete the construction. Covers and cushions are fixed.

Styling Note

Angle the chair beside a sofa so the sweep of the arms remains visible. Pair its pale upholstery with a dark timber side table, and echo the antique brass finish in a nearby lamp for a cohesive seating corner.
Why We Love It

The arms change from broad bands to narrow edges as they twist, giving the silhouette a sense of movement even when the chair stands alone.
