Description

The Pedestal Artichoke Ornament is a ceramic decorative object with overlapping pointed scales and a flared circular base. Its upright botanical form makes a striking focal point on a console or sideboard, with an ivory-white finish that lets the sculptural detail lead.
Why You'll Love It
  • Layered scales create depth and shadow, giving the ornament interest from different angles.
  • The pedestal gives the botanical shape a formal, architectural outline.
  • Its pale colour pairs easily with warm wood, dark painted furniture and muted textiles.
Materials & Finish

Ceramic with a glossy ivory-white finish. Faint beige lines run across the surface, while scattered dark distressed tips pick out the edges of the scales and give the pale finish a gently weathered appearance.
Dimensions
  • Length: 19cm
  • Height: 36cm
  • Width: 19cm
  • Weight: 3.20kg
Styling Note

Place it towards one end of a console beside a low bowl or a short stack of books. Leave space around the projecting scales and above the tip so the full silhouette remains visible; a darker wall behind will help define its pale outline.
Why We Love It

The outward-curving scales give this formal pedestal ornament an unexpectedly lively silhouette.
