Description

This candle lantern pairs a tall clear cylinder with a mottled pedestal, giving its simple outline an expressive base. A broad shallow dish sits above rounded steps and a circular foot, while pale grey-beige tones and brown speckling lend the form a softly rustic appearance.
Why You'll Love It
  • The clear cylinder gives the upper half a visually light outline.
  • Brown speckling and mottled areas bring variation to the pale neutral finish.
  • The rounded pedestal steps create a sculptural detail beneath the broad dish.
Materials & Finish

Listed in ceramic, the lantern has a pale grey-beige base marked with brown speckling and rough-looking mottled areas. The visible contrast between this textured appearance and the clear cylinder is central to its character.
Dimensions
  • Length: 20cm
  • Height: 36cm
  • Width: 20cm
Styling Note

Place it on a sideboard beside a low stack of books, leaving the stepped pedestal in view. Pair with warm wood and plain linen so the mottled finish remains the focus.
Why We Love It

The broad dish above the rounded pedestal gives the lantern a pleasing, almost architectural profile.
