Description

This console table pairs a brown oak-veneer inset top with a curved, cream-wrapped body, giving a practical storage piece an unusually tactile finish. Rounded corners soften its long silhouette, while the slim warm-brass frame leaves an open view beneath. Soft-closing drawer storage keeps everyday belongings tucked away, leaving the top free for a lamp or a favourite object.
Why You'll Love It
  • Soft-closing drawer storage makes a useful home for everyday essentials.
  • A finished back gives you more freedom to position it where the rear is visible.
  • The open steel base keeps the silhouette visually light.
  • Water-resistant faux leather lends a practical quality to the textured cream wrapping.
Materials & Finish

Cream textured faux leather wraps the rounded body around a brown oak-veneer top. The steel frame has a warm brass finish, and the drawer interiors are painted cream. Variations in the faux leather colour and surface markings, and in the wood grain, colour and texture, mean individual pieces may differ; knots, fine indentations and natural cracks may occur in the wood.

Styling Note

Echo the rounded corners with a curved mirror above, and choose a lamp with a simple base so the inset top remains visible. Cream upholstery and darker wood nearby will draw together the contrasting finishes of this console.
Why We Love It

The inset top is the detail that earns its place: the cream border neatly frames the brown oak veneer and follows the curve of the body.
